The Hallertau is the most important hop growing area in the world. Soil and climate offer excellent conditions for high-quality hops to thrive.

 

The most modern hop processing plants in the region make this location unbeatable.

We produce hops for the brewing industry on approximately 70 ha.

With 12 different hop varieties we offer
the right thing for every brewer. Starting with the finest aroma hops, the Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, to the so-called flavour hops Mandarina Bavaria or Melon.

 

Large area units enable efficient work and the production of large units with consistently high quality, particularly for special crops.

Since 2011 we've invested in a new harvesting plant. This enables us to harvest, dry and pack 3 to 4 ha of hops in one day.
